Michael Monempour

1ST VICE PRESIDENT, LYON STAHL

As one of the top multifamily brokers in Los Angeles, Michael is known for his honesty, integrity, and unwavering commitment to maximizing value for his clients. He has successfully completed over 100 transactions, totaling more than $450 million in sales volume.

Michael was the top broker in the Greater Los Angeles region at Kidder Mathews in 2021 and was named one of California’s Top 10 Brokers Under 35 by Connect CRE in 2019.

His high-energy approach and disciplined work ethic ensure exceptional results at every stage of the transaction. Michael is directly involved throughout the process, from developing strategic marketing plans and producing compelling materials to buyer procurement, contract negotiation, due diligence oversight, financing coordination, and escrow close.

Michael has consistently maintained a significant market share in West Los Angeles and has helped set market trends by achieving record-breaking sales. After graduating from the University of Southern California in 2014 with a degree in real estate development, he began his career in financial services, gaining experience in wealth management and estate planning before transitioning into investment real estate in 2016. He is also an active real estate developer specializing in luxury multifamily townhome projects. Outside of work, Michael enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, sports, outdoor activities, reading, and meeting new people.

JASON MATATIAHO

Jason Matatiaho is an Associate Agent at Lyon Stahl Investment Real Estate, specializing in multifamily commercial real estate throughout West Hollywood and surrounding Los Angeles submarkets. He earned his Bachelor’s degree summa cum laude from the University of Georgia before relocating from Atlanta to Los Angeles to pursue a career in real estate. Jason supports clients by analyzing investment opportunities, cultivating strong relationships, and assisting in the execution of property transactions. His market knowledge and analytical approach allow him to provide valuable insights to investors navigating the West Hollywood and Sherman Oaks areas.

Oliver Shadgou

SENIOR ASSOCIATE

Oliver Shadgou is a Senior Associate at Lyon Stahl Investment Real Estate, specializing in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily assets throughout West Los Angeles and the greater Southern California region. Working in partnership with Michael Monempour, Oliver plays a key role in facilitating the sale of apartment buildings and development sites. He began his career at CBRE after graduating from the University of Colorado Boulder and brings a strong background in underwriting, investment strategy, and market analysis. Oliver is known for his deep market knowledge, disciplined approach, and commitment to delivering exceptional results for his clients.

Jerrick “JP” Pillorato provides marketing and creative support for The Monem Team, assisting with property marketing materials, visual assets, and promotional content. He works closely with the team to ensure listings are presented clearly and consistently across platforms, supporting both branding and outreach efforts. JP’s role helps elevate the visual presentation of properties while maintaining alignment with the team’s overall marketing strategy.

Mishan Wright

TRANSACTION COORDINATOR

Mishan Wright is a Certified Transaction Coordinator for The Monem Team, overseeing the administrative and compliance aspects of commercial real estate transactions from contract to close. With over 17 years of experience in customer service across the financial and real estate industries, she manages contracts, escrow, disclosures, and closings with precision and care. Mishan’s attention to detail and organizational expertise help ensure a smooth, efficient transaction process for both clients and the brokerage team.
